Client Relationship Director
We are looking for a highly experienced sales personnel with a proven track record of success to serve as our newest Client Relationship Director. The successful candidate will be charged with growing our customer base and will serve as the Company's frontline ambassador and primary interface with corporate flight departments, C-level executives, high net worth individuals and other potential interested parties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience successfully selling on-demand charter services, fractional and/or jet cards.
- Successful aircraft sales experience a plus
- Posses a strong knowledge of the private aviation sector and the various lift methodologies including their respective strengths and weaknesses and how best to implement each.
- Demonstrated successful track record of delivering exceptional client relationships and service.
- Make regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Close deals and finalize contracts to meet established sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and maintain long and short range sales and marketing strategies
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that create sales opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and sales support staff to establish communication path with the customer to ensure sales opportunities for products and services
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets

- Highly proficient business communication skills – both verbal and written - necessary to create presentations, correspondence and deliver effective presentations
- Planning and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple parallel assignments and prioritize and coordinate workload of assigned area
- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with potential and existing customers, FPB employees, and senior management
Functional Skills:
- Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management, customers, and potential customers
- Financial analysis skills necessary to develop proposals, cost comparisons and Return on Investments (ROI)
- Contract interpretation skills necessary to read and interpret purchase agreements
- Computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications
